Terms of Service

By engaging Modflux Agency ("we", "our", "us") for any service, you ("Client") agree to the following terms. Please read carefully — these terms govern our working relationship.

1. Services

We provide Discord server development & management, custom Discord bot development, Telegram bot development, and website development services as outlined on our pricing page. Scope is confirmed in writing before work begins.

2. Payments

  • All prices are quoted in INR unless otherwise stated
  • Setup fees are payable before work commences
  • Monthly management fees are billed in advance on the 1st of each month
  • We accept UPI, bank transfer, and USDT (BEP20)
  • USDT exchange rate: 99 INR = 1 USDT

3. Refunds & Cancellations

  • One-time setup fees are non-refundable once work has commenced
  • Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled with 30 days written notice
  • No refunds are issued for partial months of service

4. Delivery Timelines

Estimated timelines are provided in good faith based on project scope. Delays caused by client-side dependencies (assets, approvals, third-party access) are not the responsibility of Modflux Agency.

5. Intellectual Property

Upon final payment, the Client receives full rights to custom code, designs, and content produced specifically for them. Modflux Agency retains the right to showcase work in our portfolio unless explicitly requested otherwise.

6. Confidentiality

We treat all project details as confidential. The Client agrees to keep our internal processes and methodologies confidential.

7. Liability

Our liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid by the Client in the preceding three months. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate the engagement with written notice. The Client remains liable for fees incurred up to the termination date.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra.
