3. Data Confidentiality

All project details — including Discord server credentials, bot tokens, and business information — are treated as strictly confidential. We never share, sell, or rent your data to third parties without your explicit consent.

4. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data. Sensitive credentials are stored encrypted and access is restricted to authorized team members working directly on your project.

5. Third-Party Services

We may use third-party platforms (Discord, Telegram, payment processors, hosting providers and AI services, see section 6) to deliver services. Each platform has its own privacy policy that governs your data on their systems.

6. AI Features

We use Google Gemini, an AI service from Google, to power the Ask Modflux chat assistant on our website, to summarise and prioritise enquiries, and to help our team draft emails and review job applications.

• Messages you type into Ask Modflux are sent to Google to generate a reply. We don't save chat conversations on our servers. Please don't share passwords, payment details or other sensitive information in the chat.
• For enquiries and job applications, we send only the text needed (your message, or your experience, answers and portfolio links for the role). We leave out the name, email address and phone number you give us.
• AI output is only a suggestion. A member of our team reviews every email before it is sent and makes every hiring decision.

Google processes this data under the Gemini API Terms and the Google Privacy Policy.

7. Your Rights

You may request:

• A copy of the personal data we hold about you
• Correction of any inaccurate information
• Deletion of your data (subject to service obligations)
